We prepare legal suits and/or defend clients in every city and state with the Country, taking into account that states in Mexico have their own constitution and particular criminal codes. We also handle cases which fall under the Federal criminal law, and special federal codes that contain federal crimes, such as crimes related to banking operations. We do not defend drug dealers, organized crime, kidnappings or rape cases. We do participate in cases as defense lawyers, where the local or federal government are our counterparty. The majority of our clients are realted to "white collar crime" cases.
